The company’s strategy is to maximise the return on investment by acquiring high potential Assets at low value and then maximising the value of the Assets. In particular, focus on Assets which meet the following criteria:

Geologically prospective exploration licenses in existing petroleum producing basins, or discovery basins, surrounded by significant current and expected exploration and drilling activity.
Assets in countries which are politically and economically stable. The company values consistent, transparent and professional bureaucratic system.
